I decided to try a bunch of stuff from Blueprint. I've never taken supplements besides creatine but I've always been looking for a clean protein powder and simple protein bars. So far I've tried the bars and signed up for bloodwork to get a baseline. I'm interested to see if there's any effect in 6 months.

curious to see your results. I have a bunch of health gadgets and have been passively following Bryan but haven't tried any of his supplements.

I've not tried anything because everyone says the first thing to get in order is exercise and sleep, and while I've been able to get into good exercise routines, I've not had great sleep since having kids. Do you take any supplements?

no supplements, but I've been monitoring sleep and exercise with both Oura and Whoop and improved them significantly over the years. Good books I'd recommend on this are Why we sleep (Walker) and Outlive (Attia)
