Gm parents. Question for y'all: when did your children start watching full-length movies? My soon-to-be 5yo still hasn't watched any. It was a combination of keeping focus for that long but more importantly that she gets anxious when there are "bad guys" and demands we stop.

my mother took our daughter to see Frozen 2 at a cinema when she was 3 (didn't ask us, but i'm not mad ๐คท) she didn't watch another film until she was 5 (Totoro), because we didn't think she had the attention span she's now 7, i tried doing Star Wars IV this past summer but she got bored halfway through... ๐

Wow, Star Wars at 7. I will happily watch some cartoons with her, like Adventure Time and Gravity Falls. We're going to watch Totoro this Saturday, I won't deny I'm hyped. ๐

we've been watching films with the kids on Fridays (sometimes we miss) so i thought she might enjoy a non animated film... alas, Star Wars was not it ๐ of the films we've watched so far, Ponyo seems to have left the most impression on her
