Building at the pace you do must be demanding both mentally and physically. How do you maintain balance and take care of your wellbeing while running @daosdotworld ? Do you have any specific routines that help you stay sharp and avoid burnout in this fast-paced building process? @azflin 

At the start of daos world I had abandoned all healthy lifestyle and was just working non stop. Some nights could not even sleep much, too much going on and too much anxiety. I started smoking cigarettes again. This kind of lifestyle is unsustainable. But I do look back at some of these moments as some of the most exciting and incredible moments of my life. Everyday just being bombarded with new work, new challenges, new opportunities.

Now I am still busy (especially with some IRL stuff) but I"m more chill. You gotta keep things balanced otherwise you will burn out.

The only downside to this whole story (apart from the cigarattes and sleep deprivation) is that @azflin's efforts weren't rewarded properly, as the DAOs mostly launched in brutal conditions. I hope things will change for the best.
