I was over the top with my boys tonight before bedtime

I feel embarrassed

Already apologized to them but there is no excuse 

Mostly I’m angry at how I acted when my wife offered to take over because she saw that I was frustrated

I apologized to her as well but damn 

Not a proud parenting moment
