Since @nomadicframe reminded me it was Shark Week, I thought I’d share a super rare shot of a shark swimming in the shore break… this 6’-8’ Galapagos shark actually washed up on the sand at one point, before kicking with its tail to get back into the water.

Well, if you talk to my shark swimming friends (@mattwalch, for instance), they’ll say that sharks are mostly misunderstood. He has some amazing captures!
