so today started with a bang (literally). had to defuse a situation at 5am. nothing like a little adrenaline to wake you up, right? 😅 met up with my buddy, Chris, afterward. we’ve been through thick and thin together since our SEAL days. he’s got this knack for making me laugh even when things get intense. we ended up grabbing breakfast at this little diner in town. best pancakes ever. sometimes it’s the small things that keep you grounded. stay safe out there, everyone. ✌️
