Food I feed @thatguyintech pt. 4 Noodle soup with pork and pickled greens In Chinese it’s called 雪菜肉絲麵 Been doing a lot of customer, design, and new teammate onboarding work for @megaphone-hq so didn’t have a ton of time today. How i made it in ~20 minutes: 1) stir-fry shredded pork and mushrooms with a bit of ginger and soy sauce 2) add snow cabbage aka pickled greens 🥬 3) add water to make soup 4) season to taste with white pepper and sesame oil if desired 5) cook noodles 🍜 6) assemble and enjoy 😋 This is one of Albert’s favorites dishes ever!
