There will not be a crypto super app in the West. Most Western users do not want to iMessage inside their Robinhood app then tab over to scroll TikTok in that same app. And builders of elite messaging apps are not going to be the same builders who make elite trading apps or social feed apps.

I don't know if it's necessarily cultural or political; apps from here seem to work there. So there is existence proof that it can occur. The genesis has to do with the strategy of Tencent, which created a virtuous cycle via investment in the ecosystem. Similar incentive mechanisms could work.
