BSC가 왜 3gwei 하드코딩한 소스로 교체했나 했더니 mean밸류 블록50%만 가스찬다고 가정하면 현실처럼 49.9 ~ 50.1 왕복할때 basefee가 수렴 불가하다 그러니 파이널리티 많은 체인은 1559베이스피 priorityfee가 disaster였다는 의견에 동의하는 편이다
