How do you guys bounce back quickly after a hard run. It’s been 5 days since my race and my legs still feel beat up. Anyone have stem cells or something 😅

Nice work on completing your race! Active rest and stretching have been my saviors. It’s no fun to walk or even light run the days following, but it’ll help keep things loose. Nutrition is key too.
