The Web3 space went from hiding our gambling addiction with art appreciation, to having zero shame about our gambling addiction and appreciating the money, (over everything else, in some cases). Where does it go from here?

if I had to guess I'd say mostly more gambling. Some of us are actually here because we love art and the tech though (and probably also gambling a little).

I had a similar stance for a bit but ive come around to certain things. Speculation always plays a part in this game whether it is art/NFTs or coins. I've embraced part of it because it helps me create better content, I had some decent gains and I took some funds out so I can get better podcasting gear, create a bot for myself and more. None of this is not possible without this memecoin mania. As for the tech, I personally love the tech it is what led me to create my newsletter. Things like $anon legitimately push the boundaries and usage of zk, it can be both memetic and push the tech forward. Are some truly dumb and make zero sense, yes. But I do think we have some memecoins that can make a difference. Clanker for example, met their customers on their turf vs me having to go to a site, I can launch natively from here. Just random thoughts @shaya
