I used to suffer from chronic anxiety and depression and it was so hard for me I legit didn’t wanna be here anymore I got a cheap therapist and all he said was “no one can help you except you” and that broke me I started to make conscious effort and now I’m so glad I didn’t give up on myself @trentonfunt

A few years ago we were struggling and I went to the supermarket loading up the cart with groceries preparing myself to go into the negative. At the cash register a gentleman decided to pay for all of the groceries out of the blue. It's something I'll never forget and it shows how much an impact one person can make.
