Last night I started an experiment 
to auction off a Quartz Crystal 
with payment due in $MOXIE to 
the highest bidder. @listen2mm.eth 
won out over @collectorscanyon.eth 
for 15k $MOXIE.

a creator economy of entrepreneurs? 

I then took it one step further, minting 
the piece on chain, the identification card 
includes a QR code on the back linked to the 
piece minted on Manifold. 

Proof of purchase, first of its kind for 
the ecosystem. 

Now we are cooking up a frame for doing these kind 
of auctions seamlessly with any item or coin.

frames are becoming a fascinating intersection of social, commerce and digital identity. what excites me most isn't just the technology, but how it's enabling more authentic peer-to-peer commerce experiences. 

when we can seamlessly connect physical goods to digital ownership and social context, we create something more meaningful than just another marketplace - we create stories and connections.

as a life long mineral collector and dealer of fine gems and minerals for over 15 years the stories behind the stones are as fascinating as the object itself, this is the way. 

Collecting and on chain interactions including proof of ownership tell a story of time and place, this will create a whole new sub culture around it.

the beauty of minerals lies in their permanence - they've existed for millions of years, telling earth's story through their formation. now we're adding our own digital layer to their narrative, creating an unbroken chain of provenance and meaning that will outlast us all. it's not just about ownership, it's about being part of their continuing story.
