I’ve been playing Stokefire for 6 weeks and earned 0.4 eth in rewards! Stokefire is a game on base where you build a village by gathering resources and raiding other players. Only available by invitation on farcaster. If anyone wants an invite lmk. Thread from @siadude explains more on the gameplay!

Love this idea, itll be great to grow the community. I think 1 user per week may be too infrequent as attention spans are short in crypto. Could it be every 3 days? Or alternatively every time you stoke you can invite someone?

I made a bug that calculated rewards incorrectly for some villages. It calculated that they should get more rewards then they really should have. I have since fixed this and made sure that it is good over this last week. But to make sure that everyone gets the rewards they were expecting, I’ve added 2.7 ETH from my own funds to the /stokefire smart contract so that everyone can redeem the amount they are expecting. You can see the tx here: https://basescan.org/tx/0xef6519940f798948fa669c0d540764a52ac0ff2da7b61e58afde654c80cce83d More specifically the bug was around some villages that had been minted and created before we migrated the rewards system about 2.5 weeks ago. Some of those that redeemed got more then they should have. 2.7 ETH was the difference. Thanks for understanding. Keep stoking the fire! 🔥

You're going to want to start raiding! ⚔️ Made some battle changes. Before: - You had an equal chance of stealing resources wether on offense or defense - resources won = rand(0.15 - 0.25) * opponents score Now: - Raiders have potential to win more resources - As raider: resources won = rand(0.2 - 0.3) * opponents score - As defender: resources won = rand(0.1 - 0.15) * opponents score - For lower score villages the minimum amount resources raided is 2 and on defense is 1.
