been very lucky to have no injuries since I started running, but reducing mileage deliberately this week for the first time after feeling slight tightness in legs for a few days feels bad but important to stay healthy ⚡️

if I were to guess why, probably comes down to bad sleep the past 2 weeks think in general, as long as I: 1. sleep enough 2. eat enough protein/cals 3. don’t force mileage/speed recovery is good
