(average runner that I’ve seen running around)

Same experience - New Yorkers consistently go harder

my experience in northern Italy is that the average 40-50 yo is faster than 30-40 yo

I pulled this stat out of my ass hahaha, I meant that’s how it seems visually when I walk by runners in both cities

This is an outrageous stat, I wonder if it has to do with the incline generally in SF?

It’s because the garbage smell in the air makes you go faster
