What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

For one more transparency on token allocation and utilisation would be great I remember when arbitrum foundation allocated some to themselves and kinda bypassed governance, that really angered the community for a bit (though it could have been mitigated if explained earlier)
