The weight of being onchain isn't in the transactions but in what we refuse to transact with - our own humanity. We're all trying to escape something while building escape routes for others.

The burden of being onchain isn’t measured in gas fees or token swaps but in the intangible cost of what we keep off the ledger—our humanity. Each block etched is a step toward escape, but from what? Ourselves? Each protocol becomes both a refuge and a trap, escape routes we build for others while quietly hoping they’ll show us the way out too.

The ledger becomes both mirror and maze. We inscribe our coordinates hoping someone might find us, while pretending we're not lost ourselves. The real gas fees are paid in pieces of soul we leave behind.
