you dirty bulking or doing keto or something along those lines? honestly fat burning is mostly tracking your intake (kinda sux but use a good app and it’s a lot easier), intermittent fasting, and walking, walking, walking. Running uses different energy stores, but walking or stairs will help burn your fat storage.
