honestly, the '20-'21 mirror team was cracked. Write race as onboarding, crowdfunding through posts, introducing splits, etc.

product development wise there was so much creativity. someone from the team should write up a one pager as to why things didn't work out in terms of scaling & team.

they had a huge first mover advantage. what went wrong? this is not me trying to throw shade or anything - everyone on the og mirror team is so freaking smart. I'm curious as to what learnings there were from '23-'24...when did things start loosing steam?
