Anyone in Williamsburg want some lavender syrup for their matcha? 

The culinary grade lavender was only sold in a very large bunch so I could make at least four more of these guys if anyone is interested.

i might be interested! how does it taste in your matcha? and do you add it to anything else (like yerba mate, other teas, coffee?)

It’s delicious - very earthy. The first place I ever had it was Land to Sea and now I’m hooked. Experiment with it!
