🍋This is a Cedro (Citrus medica), a “big ass lemon” that is very common in Southern Italy. I eat it by the bite, in carpaccio, or in salad. And this week I just bought a tree of the Sicilian variety(less acidic) to have it in my own garden ❤️

I have never heard of this! Sounds incredible. I frequently visit the north, but I’ll add this to my list of reasons to visit the south.
