→ A safety razor or other lifetime use single-blade shaver
→ A bidet
→ A battery backup unit 
→ A mechanical keyboard 
→ An Aeropress and/or French press coffee maker  
→ An analog timer 
→ A hard drive of downloaded music, films, tv, and video games and/or a curated physical media collection 
→ Quality orthopaedic insoles 
→ A vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter and/or an air purifier 
→ A fire blanket 
→ Wired over-the-ear headphones
→ A tuning fork or pitch pipe
→ A flint and steel, a zippo, or a few boxes of waterproof matches
