People are weirdly scared of cooking whole fish at home but it's so easy, cheap, healthy, and delicious. Just stuff the fish with a bunch of stuff you have lying around (herbs, garlic, shallots, olive oil) and don't overcook it. Easy.

Only problem is when you get a grey sole and don't realize it's neither scaled nor cleaned and you have no idea what to do

Yeah like I don't even add water or oil to it, it just gets cooked on its oil. Also full of proteinπ₯°

Looks amazing, bom apetite! Havenβt had trout this way but definitely have had bronzini and dourada.
