The most boring workouts for me are definitely upper body days—back, chest, and shoulders 🫠 Like, I know they’re important, but they just don’t give me the same vibe as leg day or MFR. Anyone else feel this way?

I totally get you! Upper body days just don’t hit the same as leg day or MFR. They’re important, but it’s hard to get as pumped for them. Definitely not alone in this! 😅
