Guardiola is simply ruthless. A 20-year-old kid joins your team, he hasn’t even processed everything yet, barely had one training session. Khouzanov hasn’t had time to acclimatize or even realize where he is. And Pep throws him straight into the starting lineup – against Chelsea, no less. And in such a critical position. You absolutely can’t do that. He was set up for failure. This could delay his adaptation and even harm his mental state. Every mistake Khouzanov made in today’s match is one big mistake by Guardiola. Pay attention to how the stadium reacted when Stones replaced Khouzanov.

bro what are you talking about he’s a professional, Guardiola don’t need to tell a him how to clear ball or how to decide what to do.

yes he has not settled in, he’s still nervous , but yes he’s a professional. There are certain decisions that the manager don’t need to tell you about

Pep CBs often spend 1 year being rotation/bench warmers until they learn the system. Akanji was one of the few that just slotted in easily. Stones and Dias had to work their way into starting spots
