The city of Dalaman is located in the southwestern part of Anatolia, near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, in the province of Mugla. The city has an international airport (opened in 1987) - one of the three airports, along with Bodrum and Antalya, receiving tourist flows in the south-west of Turkey.
