Okay some former FTX asshats are starting a new self custody exchange product in Dubai. They’re calling it Backpack. I have the trademark for Backpack Wallet

We’re still small, objectively there is very little friction to change names vs later on. 

I’m torn between 😡 and 🤷🏼 

Thoughts, advice?

they’re also a wallet on solana. been out for awhile - have a popular nft (madlads). might try and get in touch with them and see. legal battles suck and are expensive in money, time and emotion. source: my startup had a couple including a tm one. :/

Yeah, we were out before them also but they were in such a different space and direction it didn't seem relevant. These guys are part of the cesspool of crypto though and I'd be willing to fight the crooks. Actually if a cage fighting them was an option I'd be super into that one 😂
