Parents with older kids, on a scale of 1-10 parenting difficulty (emotional, patience, physical, sleep), with 10 being most difficult, how would you rate each year for your kid(s):

i had a 10 only for the first 3 months of my 2nd child. I think there's a lot of variation in the first 2-3 years depending on child, but generally high 8-9. Past 3, it's a pretty steady 6-7. each of those metrics ebbs and flows but it's all been pretty good. the pace of dramatic change slows as they age. :)
