If Highlight shows that you're "not on whitelist", but you follow our criteria, it's an error on Highlight side. 

They can't process so interface doesn't allow anyone. I'm afraid you have to click refresh.

Nope, I also have 2 accounts connected and I guarantee everyone else who thinks they're on WL but can't mint also has more than one.

Depending on how WL is made, it may register one account but not the other that might actually have done what they need to do for WL.

Checked with both, neither one is eligible.

Correct.
WL was meet just one of the criteria. One of those was following @lamaboo.eth so it should have worked for either account regardless of which one held the other criteria.
