If Highlight shows that you're "not on whitelist", but you follow our criteria, it's an error on Highlight side. 

They can't process so interface doesn't allow anyone. I'm afraid you have to click refresh.

Nope, I also have 2 accounts connected and I guarantee everyone else who thinks they're on WL but can't mint also has more than one.

Depending on how WL is made, it may register one account but not the other that might actually have done what they need to do for WL.

I originally made my FC account with my HW address, for safekeeping.
But I do all my day to day on secondary hot wallet, which has all the NFTs, etc.

I've had this happen before where it only takes my original account, so it looks like it's not eligible.

Checked with both, neither one is eligible.

you checked with your other wallets then while minting in highlight?
