my first sourdough loaf! I messed up the scoring and I don’t think my starter was quite ready but still tastes good

did you do it in a pot of just straight into the oven? I always get it way more consistent when in a pot. Keep at 250C for 40 min with lid on then about 15 min with lid off or with temp check until inside is about 100C

Pot! I did a similar strategy but less time with the lid and more time without. Not quite sure what difference the lid makes
