GM frens πŸ₯° Woke up this morning almost freezing πŸ₯Ά This weather isn't for the weak.. Omo my throat and nostrils are blocked ☹️. Let's talk on how we could scale through in this harmattan season. Stay Hydrated Drink plenty of water to combat dehydration caused by the dry air. Warm water is particularly helpful.
