What do you guys eat for breakfast? 🍳 I used to eat oatmeal porridge with milk every morning, but now I really want to sleep because of it 🥣 I found an article that says that oatmeal has a high glycemic index - that's the whole point☝🏻

Try eating more healthy fats for breakfast. Avocados, fish, nuts, seeds. They give a long-lasting feeling of satiety and energy.
