First time dad. Was exercising 5-6x/week before baby arrived. First few days have been awesome and hectic. Any tips about transitioning back to workout routine or adjusting to new reality?

Great topic! Finding ways to keep myself strong and healthy detach once in a while was key for me. I tend to be over-engaged - prob different for different people. Taking mini 10m mental breaks.
