What makes the other modes counterfeit, from your perspective?

I’d define “Christian Meditation” as developing the ability to prayerfully listen under God

Meditating for the purpose of strengthening your “self” or becoming more “in tune with the universe” I would say are counterfeit versions of my definition & lead people away from knowing God as a redeeming Father
