These noodle arms have never done a chin up or pull up no ๐Ÿฅฒ Theyโ€™re SO hard but I know itโ€™s gonna feel so good when I get that first one down!! This is two weeks into specifically training for this pull motion, I think Iโ€™m benefiting from a low body weight lmao

I'm right at the other end of the scale. Not a big shortage of strength, but I have to move... um, 115kg / 250lbs up there... Started using bands to work up to it. That helped a lot. Most I've ever done (not recently) was 3 without tho. And then only JUST. You'll get there. And you'll get strong AF on the way :)
