1. The top 100 holder eligibility is just the initial threshold. It will increase over time. Wallet addresses without associated Forecaster account are not included (ex: Farther treasury contracts). If you drop out of the top threshold, you stop receiving an allowance.

3. Power badge has no relevance. Anyone who is in the top holder threshold can receive an allowance, and any Farcaster can receive tips.

4. A frame for checking your allowance is in the works.

5. Tips are settled at the end of every month

2. Uniswap liquidity is currently not included in the top holder eligibility calculation, but that may change soon.
