Popular channels get a lot of spam and manual moderation is hard to scale and decentralize. 

Proposal: 

- Hosts can turn on a fee in settings
- Users must pay 100 warps before they can post
- If banned, user must pay the fee again before posting
- Fees go to hosts

If you are a channel lead, would you use this?

For some reason, I am not able to pin any cast in the /farmcaster channel we have created. It doesn't depend on the timestamp of the cast. 

Moreover the feed for other people looks different than for me.
