Beefy is liquidity providing for crypto transactions where you get paid to HODL.
Sort of... you can pull your money any time it is not locked but if you want to sit on something might as well get paid to do it.

If I hold bnkr I can take some profit for it ?

Don't think bankr is on beefy so...

Open uniswap
Goto "pools"
Pair $eth on base and $bankr 
Select full range
Select highest percentage of fees (it is an exotic pair)
Use a SMALL! amount (like $1) to learn with.
Watch for a few days then collect fees.

This is just learning start small!!!

Be aware when you add tokens to liquidity pools other people no longer see them (usually) to send you bonuses.

Like if I used my 250,000 $tn100x for liquidity I might get paid fees but also kicked out of /lp because they are invisible.

Learn slow.
