Crypto Influencer’s Wife Targeted in Dramatic Tiger Kidnapping
On December 21, 2024, the wife of a prominent Brussels-based cryptocurrency influencer, identified as S.W., became the victim of a tiger kidnapping. The incident unfolded in the Brussels municipality of Vorst, where the woman, I.B., was forced into a van by four men.
The abductors appeared to target her due to S.W.’s public display of wealth on social media. Just a day before the kidnapping, S.W. had shared a video showcasing his cryptocurrency portfolio, which he claimed was worth over $1.6 million.
