Knowing a theory as this exist and yet, we can’t fully curb germs from spreading

Bro just wash your hands regularly, drink clean water, cook proper foods, use disinfectants, stay vaccinated, that won’t entirely help cause germs have its own way of spreading but it would help reduce the germs spread to you
