classic vans destroy even faster vans = skateboarding dont use models with insufficient cushioning, flat sole/high heel, hard/soft material it's all for everyday wear

you're wrong on many levels barefoot shoes are the best, zero drop, zero cushion will heal a lot of issues with feet that come from cushioned shoes ask any modern ortho

I agree with barefoot take but is it vans type of sneakers better for feet than example I gave? is there no stress on muscles and bones with zero cushion and flat feet? im just curious

there is no stress in muscles and bones when using cushioned shoes and snickers that's the issue your thumbs can move left and right at will but the muscles are atrophied vans are better than snickers because of zero heel drop barefoot shoes are infinitely better
