Has anyone noticed their RHR going down after starting to meditate consistently? It's been a few months since I started meditating daily for 10 minutes, and my RHR has gone down by 8 beats

decreasing stress definitely plays a role, but what i found is that weight loss and exercise (getting body more fit) helps way more with it (especially cardio)
