Making a salad is simple and customizable! Here’s a basic guide: 1. Choose Your Base Lettuce (romaine, iceberg, spinach, arugula, kale) Mixed greens 2. Add Vegetables Tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, red onions, corn 3. Include Protein (Optional) Grilled chicken, boiled eggs, chickpeas, tofu, shrimp 4. Add Some Crunch Croutons, nuts (almonds, walnuts), seeds (sunflower, chia) 5. Toss in Extras Cheese (feta, parmesan), avocado, olives, dried fruits (cranberries, raisins) 6.
