Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

PSA - we're going to start experimenting with channel passes in /base this week. we'll be rolling it out in a thoughtful way, but given the scale we're operating at, we need to keep experimenting to ensure quality remains high.

maybe since channel pass fees go to the first host, those fees can be re-invested  back into the @base FC community/channel pass holders in some way, shape or form?
