Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

PSA - we're going to start experimenting with channel passes in /base this week. we'll be rolling it out in a thoughtful way, but given the scale we're operating at, we need to keep experimenting to ensure quality remains high.

maybe since channel pass fees go to the first host, those fees can be re-invested  back into the @base FC community/channel pass holders in some way, shape or form?

Prob warranted for larger channels just to keep noise down.. is there a way that channel owners can gift passes to people or nah?

We should be able to pay for channel passes with the currency of that channel (if there is one). For example, $meelay for /milei  and $pizza for /pizza-verse

Ability to add a past post to a channel would be dopester.   I spaced hitting the button to add to channel and now need go back though and do posts again.

Exciting update, @jessepollak! 🚀 It would be amazing to allow creators the chance to post quality Base content occasionally, to keep our creative energy flowing. It's essential for maintaining a lively community spirit. Can't wait to see the experiments in action and will share feedback!
