Certainly a challenge, which will require a new mechanism so that it doesn't prevent the DAO from carrying out ambitious projects. Perhaps a different kind of due diligence for this type of proposal or an additional auction (Treasury's Nouns?) to help finance a specific proposal might even be favorable
