@erica
there is "bull in a china shop" type strength and also "elephant in a garden" type strength bull in a china shop is about brute force, whether that is barreling through physical barriers or just pushing through mental/emotional challenges with blinders on. its mindless strength. elephant in a garden is more about resilience, adaptation, strategy. it's carrying heavy burdens, both physical and emotional, and thriving despite the weight of them. finding ways to grow, love, and live fully in the face of adversity. it's being comfortable with emotional displays (your own and others, in public or in private) both are necessary, but elephants in gardens should be celebrated and encouraged more often
