i became a founder after quitting several successful years in a management of huge companies since 1) i was bored 2) wanted to change the world my way

i failed first 2 startups because i was trying to apply the best practices from previous career experience so being a founder on a manager mode

it took me 3 years to realize what was wrong (!!!)

I’m SO happy that the switch finally happened, and I’d never go back
